Help Develop the Next Generation of Agricultural Leaders
The University of Kentucky is seeking a Program Coordinator II to support Agricultural Education & Advocacy programs within the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment. This role combines teaching, student mentoring, leadership development, and outreach to help students grow professionally and personally while preparing for careers in agriculture and education. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to student organizations, coordinate professional development initiatives, and represent the program at recruitment and engagement events across the state and beyond. | Preferred Education/Experience | Previous experience working with undergraduates in Agricultural Education required. Strong background in hands-on agricultural sciences, teaching methods, and youth development preferred. Experience with clinical/student teaching supervision, university extension coordination, instructional lab support, or advising undergraduate student organizations (e.g., collegiate FFA) is highly desirable. Driver’s license preferred. |
