Cybersecurity Engineer
Job Summary:
ITS, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. The Cybersecurity Engineer will support across all-domain large-scale Missile Defense Systems. This position will work closely with Program Managers, other domain engineers, and Government counterparts across Government and Industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Apply working knowledge of DISA STIGs and other technical cyber material to ensure compliance and adherence to cybersecurity standards, while also integrating System Security Engineering principles (NIST 800-160 v1) into project workflows.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, utilizing demonstrated hands-on technology configuration and engineering skills to develop innovative solutions for customers and effectively lead technical initiatives.
- Experience using Security information and event management (SIEM) technologies.
Passive evaluations such as compliance audits using STIG Viewer, SCAP, etc. and active evaluations such as vulnerability assessments utilizing tools such as ACAS.
Experience sustaining Strategic Warning and Surveillance radar systems such as UEWR, PAVE PAWS, or PARCS.
Experience supporting DoD or Space Force technical environments.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree and 5+ years of prior relevant experience
- Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
- ACTIVE IAT Level II Certification

- Secret
