About the Opportunity
Comagine Health is seeking an experienced Senior Improvement Advisor based in Utah to help healthcare organizations improve care delivery, strengthen quality, and achieve better health outcomes.
In this role, you will provide training, education, technical assistance, consultation, program development, and project management support for health system improvement initiatives. You'll work directly with healthcare providers, practices, hospitals, long-term care facilities, home health agencies, community-based organizations, health system leaders, and other healthcare partners.

What You'll Do
- Apply quality improvement, public health, and implementation science principles to design and execute healthcare quality and care delivery improvement initiatives.
- Work directly with healthcare providers and organizations through outreach, recruitment, technical assistance, and ongoing improvement support.
- Design and lead learning collaboratives, learning and action networks, trainings, and educational programs that strengthen participants' knowledge and improvement capabilities.
- Convene and collaborate with professional associations, coalitions, community partners, healthcare organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to share resources, best practices, and lessons learned across healthcare delivery systems.
- Lead and support project management activities, including project planning, scope development, deliverables, timelines, milestones, data collection, and status reporting.
- Use project management tools and processes to ensure initiatives remain organized, accountable, and on schedule.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members and peers.
- Contribute specialized subject matter expertise to projects and business development opportunities.
What You'll Bring,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare, quality improvement, health system transformation, population health, care delivery redesign, public health, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience leading teams performing project-based work, including project planning, execution, reporting, and communication
- Demonstrated experience managing healthcare improvement initiatives and working with diverse healthcare stakeholders
- Utah based
- Hospital quality improvement experience
- Ideal candidate would have experience supporting transitions to value based care
- Ideal candidate would have experience working in a rural hospital experience
We're looking for someone who combines healthcare improvement expertise with strong project leadership and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with healthcare organizations and diverse stakeholders to implement quality improvement initiatives and drive sustainable change.
You should be comfortable independently managing projects, facilitating groups, delivering training and technical assistance, interpreting improvement data, and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and organizational leaders.
Experience with quality improvement methodologies, healthcare transformation, implementation science, project management, provider engagement, and learning collaboratives will be particularly valuable.
Location & Compensation
This position is based in Utah and will work with healthcare organizations and partners throughout the region.
Salary Range: $95,000–$105,000 annually
Final compensation will be dtermined based on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
