Right-of-Way Technician
- Collect data and gather information or documents
- Perform standard analysis
- Prepare documents and visual aids
- Provide QA/QC of parcel documents
- Assist in scheduling eminent domain proceedings
- Attend eminent domain proceedings to take notes and prepare data sheets
- Prepare reports
- Assists with processing various payment requests
- Assist with billing support
- Prepare and submit invoices
- Package and mail documents
- Keep detailed records
- Maintain physical files
- Valid Driver’s License
- Notary Public preferred
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
