Role Summary
As the Customer Service Representative, you will provide superior customer service support to B2B customers to meet all their order requirements. You will proactively manage orders and exceptions such as pricing, label requirements, order minimums, promotions and shipping schedules, heavy emphasis on data entry and excel reporting. This role will work closely with other teams including Sales, Forecasting, and Traffic to ensure customer order needs are met and concerns are escalated and resolved. You will be organized and able to multi-task to manage ever-changing priorities based on customer needs and departmental expectations.
In This Role, You Will
- Enter and manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment in accordance with customer expectations and Fellowes processes.
- Run daily and weekly reports to identify order exceptions and required actions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Forecasting, Traffic, Distribution, and Credit to communicate and execute customer requirements.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status and exceptions, including product availability and shipping schedules.
- Provide timely and professional phone and email support to B2B customers and Sales.
What You Bring to the Team
- At least one year of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel; Oracle experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet customer needs while achieving organizational goals.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
The hiring range for this position is $23.50 - $25/hr. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors. An annual incentive may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
