Senior Business Execution Consultant -Business Banking Facilitator
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant -Business Banking Facilitator within Business Banking. The Senior Business Execution Consultant (SBEC) serves as a key partner within the Sales Planning & Banker Enablement organization, responsible for facilitating, and executing learning experiences that drive banker readiness, skill development, and performance improvement. This role provides direct support for Business Banking Academy programs, new hire onboarding, instructor-led training, virtual workshops, skill practices, and ongoing development initiatives for relationship managers, business bankers, and leaders.
In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, business growth, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
- Lead engaging learning experiences, workshops, calibrations, and skill practice sessions that build banker knowledge, confidence, and capability.
- Develop and enhance training materials, facilitator guides, participant resources, and readiness content.
- Partner with subject matter experts, business partners, and leaders to translate business priorities into effective learning solutions.
- Support new hire onboarding programs and academy experiences to ensure successful role transition and readiness.
- Manage facilitation logistics and participant engagement strategies to maximize learning outcomes.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements to support performance goals.
- Serve as a trusted resource for bankers, managers, and stakeholders by providing coaching, clarification, and ongoing support related to training initiatives.
- Support large-scale enablement efforts, program launches, and strategic business initiatives requiring coordinated readiness activities.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of facilitation experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Business Banking, financial services training, readiness, or learning and development.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training programs.
- Strong knowledge of Business Banking products, services, sales processes, and customer relationship management practices.
- Experience designing or delivering onboarding, capability-building, or readiness initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and drive adoption of new processes and initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use feedback and performance data to improve learning outcomes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and learning technology platforms.
