Compensation: $61.75 to $71.50 Hourly

A Management Resources client is in immediate need of an experienced Interim Integration Project Manager to lead complex integration initiatives across multiple business functions through year-end. This individual will drive end-to-end integration planning and execution, ensuring seamless operational continuity while aligning interim solutions with the organization's long-term strategic vision.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading cross-functional integrations, post-merger integrations (PMI), large-scale transformation programs, or enterprise change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Develop, maintain, and govern comprehensive integration plans, status dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
Define and manage interim, transitional, and future-state integration phases, including Day 1 readiness, phased rollouts, and full operational integration.
Drive Day 1 readiness activities to ensure business continuity, compliance, customer experience alignment, and operational effectiveness.
Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across Go-to-Market (GTM), Product, Strategy, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
Serve as the primary representative of the Integration Management Office (IMO) within core project teams and functional workstreams.
Identify, assess, and manage integration risks, dependencies, issues, and critical decision points.
Ensure alignment between interim operating models and long-term system, process, and organizational integration strategies.
Monitor integration milestones, timelines, deliverables, and overall execution health.
Establish governance processes, escalation paths, and accountability mechanisms to drive successful outcomes.
Support the transition from manual or temporary processes to scalable, automated, system-enabled solutions.
Prepare and present project updates, recommendations, and key decisions to executive leadership and steering committees.

Qualifications

7+ years of project management, program management, integration management, or transformation leadership experience.
Proven success leading complex cross-functional integration initiatives, preferably within M& A, business transformation, or enterprise system environments.
Strong understanding of Integration Management Office (IMO) best practices and governance models.
Experience managing multiple workstreams with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Advanced proficiency with project management and reporting tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and program governance materials.
PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related certifications are highly preferred.
