Receptionist - Level 1
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, applicants, and clients with a courteous and attentive approach while maintaining established check-in and security procedures.
• Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Coordinate conference and meeting spaces by arranging room setup, confirming technology needs, and organizing catering or hospitality support when required.
• Handle routine office support activities such as sorting deliveries, distributing mail and packages, processing faxes, and maintaining supply inventory.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, mail, and freight, and arrange courier or messenger services as needed.
• Support guest services by assisting with practical arrangements such as transportation coordination, reservations, and related hospitality requests.
• Submit requests for building support, housekeeping, or other workplace services to help maintain a smooth office experience.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks by following established procedures and service standards under supervisory guidance.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.• Up to 2 years of experience in reception, front desk, customer service, or general office support preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to share clear, straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to follow established routines, processes, and workplace standards with consistency and attention to detail.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in an office setting.
• Basic math ability, including simple calculations involving percentages, discounts, and markups.
