Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations for a team in Virginia. This Long-term Contract opportunity, with potential to move permanent, is well suited for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in completing recurring tasks with consistency and accuracy. The position will focus on administrative support, inbound communication, and scheduling activities while adapting to changing call volumes as the role develops.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to schedule delivery appointments for incoming shipments
• Coordinate delivery timing between customers and terminals
• Confirm delivery details and update appointment information in the scheduling system
• Send follow-up emails when needed to confirm scheduling or provide delivery updates
• Follow a structured scheduling process and workflow for each delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer communication and scheduling updates

Qualifications:

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Strong phone etiquette and clear communication skills
• Ability to stay organized while handling a high volume of outbound calls
• Comfortable working in a repetitive, process-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established procedures
• Customer service or administrative experience is a plus
