Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests, employees, and vendors in a courteous manner while maintaining a positive first impression of the office.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and respond to routine inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate front desk activities such as visitor check-in, badge distribution, and meeting room notifications.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier requests while keeping records organized.
• Provide administrative support through data entry, filing, scheduling, and preparation of basic office documents.
• Maintain orderly reception and common areas to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.
• Assist internal teams with clerical tasks and help resolve routine customer service or office-related issues.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.• Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented and approachable demeanor.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with standard office tools such as email, phone systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• High attention to detail and dependability in completing day-to-day tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Compensation
