Marketing Communications Coordinator

We have a client seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the sales and marketing functions. This is a full-time contract opportunity with the possibility for extension or conversion to a permanent position. This position requires working onsite in Newtown Square, PA Monday-Friday.

 

This person will provide day-to-day administrative and project support, including data entry, calendar coordination, preparation of marketing/event materials, and general organization of ongoing initiatives.

 

The coordinator will also help manage incoming leads and funnel them to the appropriate Sales Counselor, maintain information within internal systems, assist with marketing events, and coordinate quarterly check-ins.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or administrative project support.
• Strong organizational abilities with close attention to detail and accuracy in day-to-day work.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with solid general computer proficiency.
• Experience supporting marketing communications activities such as email campaigns, social media content, or copywriting.
• Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
• Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related service-focused environment is preferred.

Compensation

$20.00-$22.00 Hourly
