Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome callers and visitors, respond to routine questions, and provide helpful guidance on forms, documents, and general office procedures.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized records so information remains accurate, current, and easy to retrieve.
• Support day-to-day administrative activities such as preparing paperwork, monitoring correspondence, and assisting with office follow-up tasks.
• Use maps and routing information to help explain service details and answer location-related questions clearly.
• Coordinate communication between office staff, drivers, and customers to help keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Assist with reception coverage and remain flexible with scheduling when additional support is needed later in the day.
• Prepare and review documents in Word, Excel, and Outlook to support reporting, communication, and administrative tracking.
• Build an understanding of the organization’s services from the ground up in order to explain processes effectively and address customer concerns with empathy.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or general office support role.• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person.
• Reliable attendance and a high level of accountability in a position that supports time-sensitive services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail when handling paperwork and records.
• Ability to read maps and use location details to support customer questions and service coordination.
• Willingness to take a hands-on approach, learn operational processes thoroughly, and adapt to changing daily needs.
Compensation
