Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in North Bethesda, Maryland in a Contract to permanent capacity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing order-related requests, and providing attentive support across phone and email channels. The role focuses on delivering responsive service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and emails with timely, courteous, and accurate support.
• Handle both inbound and outbound communication to address questions, provide updates, and follow up on service needs.
• Enter and update customer orders carefully, ensuring information is complete and processed correctly.
• Investigate customer concerns and work toward practical solutions that meet service expectations.
• Maintain clear records of interactions, requests, and order activity within internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to clarify order details, resolve issues, and support smooth service delivery.
• Provide customers with product, order, and account information in a clear and attentive manner.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or call center support.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong written communication skills for clear and accurate email correspondence.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
• Skilled at resolving customer issues with patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency with standard computer systems and customer support tools.

Compensation

$20.90-$24.20 Hourly
