Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join a growing marketing team in Chicago, Illinois and take ownership of a developing affiliate channel. This position offers strong visibility across the organization and the opportunity to shape partnership strategy in a fast-moving healthcare technology environment. The ideal candidate brings a data-driven mindset, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is comfortable balancing campaign execution, reporting, and operational coordination in an onsite setting.

Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day management of the affiliate marketing program, including platform administration and partner oversight.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard new affiliate partners that align with growth objectives and brand standards.
• Monitor campaign delivery, spending trends, and efficiency metrics to help keep performance on track.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records for marketing invoices, expenses, and budget activity.
• Analyze channel results and compile reporting on key performance indicators for internal stakeholders.
• Partner with teams across marketing, creative, partnerships, and finance to support monthly reconciliation and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve affiliate program structure, partner quality, and overall channel contribution.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while supporting broader performance marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within an agency or performance-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and confidence working with campaign data, spend reporting, and performance analysis.
• Experience measuring and interpreting digital marketing metrics to guide optimization decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Chicago, Illinois.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve quickly.
• Experience with Everflow or a comparable affiliate tracking platform is preferred.
• Familiarity with invoicing, budget tracking, or related marketing operations processes is a plus.

Compensation

$90,000.00-$110,000.00 Yearly
