Desktop Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Deliver first-line technical support for students and employees by diagnosing and resolving common device and workstation issues
• Provide in-person assistance at a support desk while also responding to requests for help in classrooms and other campus areas
• Troubleshoot and support Apple laptops used by staff, including operating system and device-related concerns
• Assist students with Chromebook issues, ensuring devices are functional and ready for daily academic use
• Address PC desktop and workstation problems involving hardware, software, connectivity, and user access
• Document reported incidents, track resolutions, and escalate more complex problems when necessary
• Maintain a detail-focused and approachable support experience for users with varying levels of technical knowledge
Qualifications:
• Experience delivering Tier 1 or desktop support in a user-facing environment• Hands-on ability to troubleshoot PC workstations, Chromebooks, and Mac OS devices
• Working knowledge of common hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with students and staff
• Comfort providing both desk-side and mobile on-site support across classrooms or office spaces
• Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
