Systems Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Manage and enhance SharePoint Online sites and page structures to support internal collaboration and information access.
• Partner with department teams to gather needs, recommend solutions, and shape content organization and user experience.
• Design and develop Power Apps solutions from the ground up to support dashboards, reporting, and operational processes.
• Create automated workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and streamline internal requests.
• Provide hands-on support for software onboarding, rollouts, and user adoption across business applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for internal users and deliver timely support across Microsoft-based tools and related systems.
• Contribute to testing, reporting improvements, and ongoing system optimization initiatives.
• Assist with Azure-related cloud efforts and file migration activities as part of broader infrastructure and platform projects.
• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical configurations, applications, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience administering SharePoint Online, including site creation, configuration, and ongoing support.• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 and related cloud applications in an enterprise environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Power Automate for workflow design, automation, and process improvement.
• Proven ability to build Power Apps applications from scratch for business use cases, reporting, or data collection.
• Experience with database maintenance, data structure support, or database creation for business applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Background supporting cloud or file migration initiatives, ideally within Microsoft environments such as Azure.
• Additional experience with tools such as Power BI, Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows 10, Citrix, or Dell technologies is a plus.
