Contracts Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full lifecycle of federal prime contracts and subcontracts, from initial award through final closeout activities.
• Prepare, revise, and organize contractual documents such as agreements, amendments, nondisclosure documents, and teaming arrangements.
• Monitor contract terms and customer flow-down obligations to help maintain adherence to applicable regulatory and company requirements.
• Assist with subcontract administration by supporting vendor coordination, bid activity, negotiations, and recordkeeping.
• Track milestones, reporting dates, and contractual deliverables to help ensure timely performance and compliance.
• Maintain accurate contract files, internal databases, and status reports for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Work closely with program managers and internal teams to address contract-related questions and support proposal development efforts.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, with exposure to government contracts and subcontract management.• Working knowledge of federal contracting standards and compliance requirements relevant to defense or aerospace environments.
• Experience reviewing and managing contractual documents, revisions, and supporting documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to balance multiple assignments, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic business setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities in contract-related work.
• Familiarity with contract negotiations, bid support, and pricing coordination is preferred.
