Marketing Communications Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate marketing projects from kickoff through delivery, helping timelines, materials, and approvals stay on track.
• Partner with external agencies to organize the creation of campaign assets and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and brand expectations.
• Support email and social media initiatives by helping prepare content, schedule activities, and monitor execution details.
• Assist with copy development and review processes to maintain clear, consistent messaging across marketing channels.
• Handle administrative and project support tasks that contribute to efficient team operations and successful campaign delivery.
• Communicate confidently with cross-functional team members to share updates, resolve questions, and keep priorities aligned.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or a similar communications support role.• Working knowledge of email campaigns, social media content, and broader marketing communications practices.
• Ability to manage administrative responsibilities while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
• Experience coordinating creative or marketing asset production with agency partners or external vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to balance multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs.
