Location: Branford, CT

Schedule: Part-time, 24–32 hours per week across roughly 3–4 days, with flexibility on schedule and days.

A growing construction company in Branford, Connecticut is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to join its team. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone looking for a flexible part-time schedule while also becoming part of a collaborative, positive team culture.

The company is experiencing significant growth and is looking for a professional who can support day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to the finance team’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounts payable processing.
• Assist with job costing activities.
• Provide administrative support related to accounting and office operations.
• Support the finance team with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Accounts payable experience required.
• Must be comfortable with a long-term part-time schedule of approximately 24–30 hours per week.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently.
