Corporate Paralegal
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize corporate records for legal entities, ensuring documentation remains accurate, complete, and accessible.
• Support corporate governance processes by preparing materials, tracking approvals, and helping keep board and committee records current.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of annual reports and related corporate filings.
• Review entity data and conduct audits of records and governance documents to confirm required materials are in place.
• Manage information within the company’s entity management platform and help preserve the integrity of corporate data.
• Partner with legal and business stakeholders to gather documentation, update records, and respond to routine corporate matters.
• Monitor deadlines associated with filings, governance obligations, and compliance requirements to support timely completion.
• Contribute to ongoing legal operations and provide paralegal support on special corporate projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus on corporate legal work.• Background supporting a public company environment, particularly in governance, entity maintenance, or compliance-related matters.
• Experience handling annual reports, corporate records, and documentation review with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with entity management systems and the ability to maintain accurate legal entity information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a contract assignment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with legal teams and internal business partners.
• Availability to work on an East Coast schedule and support a team connected to Center Valley, Pennsylvania.
Compensation
