Workplace Experience Coordinator - Level 1
This onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a detail-oriented, welcoming environment for employees and visitors while handling service requests and event support with care. This is a Long-term Contract position with potential for extension and possible conversion, offering the opportunity to contribute to a high-touch, service-focused workplace.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome employees, guests, and vendors with a detail-oriented approach and provide prompt assistance with workplace-related needs.
• Coordinate meeting room arrangements, including room setup, reconfiguration, breakdown, and supply delivery to support daily operations and events.
• Plan and support onsite activities by reserving spaces, organizing materials, and ensuring event areas are prepared before and after use.
• Receive and respond to service requests, questions, and concerns, resolving routine issues directly and escalating when appropriate.
• Submit and track janitorial, maintenance, and other workplace work orders to help maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment.
• Assist with office support tasks such as mail handling, supply coordination, and onboarding logistics for new team members.
• Work closely with external vendors and internal teams to ensure services and deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Follow building safety, security, and emergency procedures, notifying the appropriate contacts when issues arise.
• Carry out established workplace processes and manager direction accurately while maintaining strong attention to detail and service standards
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.• Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, front desk support, office coordination, or a related workplace services role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to share information clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to follow established procedures, complete routine tasks consistently, and manage multiple priorities in an onsite environment.
• Experience interacting with visitors, employees, and vendors in a courteous and service-oriented manner.
• Comfortable coordinating room setups, workplace requests, and basic office support activities with attention to detail.
Compensation
