Financial Analyst
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join a manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance specialist who can strengthen cash flow and month-end practices while delivering meaningful analysis that supports informed business decisions. The position will also focus on evaluating rebate and program allowance activity, improving consistency in financial procedures, and helping the team operate more efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine procedures that support cash flow management and month-end close activities across the finance function.
• Perform detailed financial reviews to identify trends, explain performance shifts, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Analyze rebate and program allowance data to confirm accuracy, measure financial impact, and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and variance analysis to support planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
• Document standard operating procedures to create clear, repeatable workflows and strengthen process consistency.
• Partner with internal teams to streamline financial activities and improve the efficiency of existing reporting practices.
• Use Excel and NetSuite to organize financial information, maintain reporting accuracy, and support ongoing analysis.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a closely related finance role.• Strong background in cash flow analysis, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial reporting.
• Experience creating process documentation and standard operating procedures within a finance environment.
• Working knowledge of rebate or program allowance analysis and related financial tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage and analyze large data sets.
• Experience using NetSuite for financial reporting, analysis, or transaction review.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and help implement more efficient financial workflows.
Compensation
