Paralegal

Key Responsibilities
- Draft motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Prepare and maintain monthly case status and reporting requirements.
- Organize, review, and manage case files to ensure they are complete and trial-ready.
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for mediation, hearings, and court proceedings.
- Research public records, filings, and creditor information to support case strategy and documentation needs.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain communication with clients, courts, and other parties involved in legal matters.
- Conduct outbound calls to gather information, documentation, and updates necessary for case progression.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are tracked and met.
- Provide administrative and case management support to attorneys as needed.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in a similar legal support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Experience drafting legal documents and maintaining case files.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct research and analyze information with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
