LAW FIRM RECRUITING SPECIALIST | DENVER
Robert Half is seeking a Law Firm Recruiting Specialist to join a growing legal recruiting team in Denver. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, talent acquisition, or professional services who enjoys building relationships and working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, professional, and comfortable developing relationships with both clients and candidates.
What You’ll Do
Identify, attract, and recruit qualified legal professionals for law firm and corporate legal opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Conduct candidate outreach, interviews, and qualification calls
Manage multiple searches and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting solutions
Utilize networking, sourcing, referrals, and other recruiting strategies to identify talent
Guide candidates through the recruiting and interview process
Maintain accurate candidate and client information and ensure timely follow-up
Represent the firm and its clients with a high level of professionalism
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or professional services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional, confident, and comfortable communicating with candidates and clients
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Experience in a professional services environment is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, sales, or a services setting that requires close attention to detail.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain credibility with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently while maintaining high-quality work.
• Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to recruiting challenges.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, HR technology, or related recruiting platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Compensation
