Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist

What You'll Do
- Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and coaching
- Support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
- Assist with compensation, benefits, and HR programs
- Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize HRIS and reporting to support business decisions

Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Required: Experience supporting multiple companies, business units, divisions, or legal entities
- Strong employee relations and leadership coaching experience
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Compensation
$75,000.00-$95,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
