Operations Manager | Investment Firm

We are partnering with a rapidly growing investment firm in the San Francisco Bay Area seeking a Operations Associate to support the firm’s day-to-day business operations. This is a highly visible, hands-on role offering significant variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to take on increasingly complex responsibilities over time.
Business & Operations
- Manage relationships and day-to-day coordination with external service providers and business partners.
- Review, reconcile, and maintain operational files, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate wires and other financial transactions in accordance with established processes and controls.
- Manage contracts, including key dates, renewals, and documentation.
- Support recurring operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects and special initiatives across the firm.
- Expand responsibilities over time based on experience, strengths, and interests.
Office & Executive Support
- Help oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm’s East Bay office.
- Coordinate office needs and serve as a point of contact for vendors and service providers.
- Provide light administrative and executive support to firm leadership.
- Assist the CFO with select administrative and coordination needs; this role will not be responsible for calendar management or day-to-day scheduling.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance, tax, operations, business management, or a related field.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful, intellectually curious, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and adapt to new responsibilities.

Compensation
$90,000.00-$130,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
