HR Generalist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, recruiting support, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR best practices.

• Support day-to-day human resources operations and employee relations matters
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation
• Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee questions
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity
• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
• Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
• Assist with policy updates, reporting, and other HR projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of human resources experience in a generalist or similar HR role
• Working knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
• Experience with HRIS platforms; familiarity with Workday is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
