Description:
Elicits, documents, prioritizes, traces, and validates software requirements while serving as the primary intermediary between users and the development team throughout the lifecycle.
*This position is contingent upon contract award.*
Responsibilities:
- Interview users and stakeholders to understand desired outcomes
- Document agreed capabilities, use cases, non-functional requirements, error handling, and constraints
- Create models, equations, or storyboards to capture requirements
- Maintain the requirements-management plan and change-control process
- Trace requirements from baseline through final verification
- Participate in peer reviews of requirements, design, code, and test cases
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience
- Education Level: BA/BS
- Clearance Requirements: IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive / Tier 3 (T3), required at proposal submission
- Certification Requirements:
- PMP or equivalent
- Duty-based. Required before starting work if performing IA functions or privileged system-administration duties; exact category is not specified.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience eliciting and documenting requirements for AI/ML, advanced analytics, or cloud-based solutions.
- Experience developing use cases for anomaly detection, supply-chain analytics, fraud detection, entity resolution, recommendation engines, AIOps, or generative AI.
- Experience analyzing business problems from application, infrastructure, data, and transaction perspectives.
- Experience documenting functional, nonfunctional, interface, data, security, accessibility, and performance requirements.
- Experience developing use cases, user stories, process models, acceptance criteria, and software requirements specifications.
- Experience developing and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices.
- Experience tracing requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and final verification.
- Experience facilitating requirements workshops and obtaining consensus among Government, operational, technical, and development stakeholders.
- Experience supporting requirements change control and configuration-management processes.
- Familiarity with AWS GovCloud, AI/ML model requirements, and cloud infrastructure requirements.
- Familiarity with APIs, MuleSoft, EDI X12, XML, or enterprise data integrations is preferred.
- Experience defining Section 508, zero-trust, role-based access, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Experience supporting DoD, DLA, logistics, supply-chain, or high-volume transaction systems is preferred.
