JOB SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Technician (also known as Service Technician) is responsible for a variety of mechanical maintenance duties throughout the terminals and at customer sites.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts repairs to on-site fuel and lubricant pumps, nozzles, etc.
  • Preps and repairs portable fuel tanks.
  • Conducts general terminal repairs.
  • Serves as backup for general cleaning, product repackaging and stocking of the warehouse.
  • Other duties assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Previous mechanical experience is preferred.
  • Class A or B CDL is desired.
  • Warehouse experience is desired.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Deep expertise in all core HR disciplines, including talent strategy, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, workforce planning, and HR compliance.
  • Strong strategic leadership skills with the ability to align HR initiatives to business goals and drive organizational performance.
  • Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing decision-making and organizational direction.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance requirements, and risk mitigation practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing HR teams and foster a strong organizational culture.
  • Expertise in organizational development, change management, and M&A HR integration.
  • Strong communication, coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experience designing HR metrics, HRIS strategies, and data-driven approaches to improve workforce outcomes and business impact.
