Description

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant at ARETUM, you will provide high-level support to our executives and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Must have keen attention to detail and ability to develop correspondence, emails and letters for senior government leaders
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and handling information requests
  • Performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
  • Provide administrative support to monitor, track responses, and draft content for taskers both through CATT and internally in the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
