This position performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.

This position performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Replaces belts and filters on air handling units.
- Utilizes plaster/compound to patch minor holes/cracks in walls and ceilings.
- Repairs; replaces sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
- Paints structures and equipment as required.
- Changes ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and other common maintenance items as assigned.
- Performs landscape and hardscape tasks to include mowing, trimming, and snow removal, as assigned.
- Repairs concrete floors, steps and sidewalks.
- Inspects/repairs damaged interior infrastructure surfaces as needed.
- Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery, as assigned.
- Follows company's safety, health and accident prevention plan while maintaining records in a timely fashion.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum of two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to pass a local background check and have the ability to obtain and maintain NACI/LAC clearance after hire.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Maintains the general cleanliness and appearance of assigned spaces, assist others as part of the maintenance team as required and perform other duties assigned according to personal qualifications.
