YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

  • Do you enjoy turning complex data into meaningful insights? Compile, validate, analyze, and report EHS data to identify trends, recurring risks, improvement opportunities, and performance indicators across safety and environmental programs.
  • Are you passionate about maintaining accurate and reliable systems? Serve as the primary administrator and data steward for Dakota and Tacera, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent reporting, documentation, and data quality across locations.
  • Can you keep critical compliance activities organized and on track? Support environmental and EHS regulatory reporting requirements, prepare and submit required documentation, and maintain compliance calendars for permits, inspections, and reporting deadlines.
  • Do you thrive in highly regulated environments? Assist with regulatory documentation, inspections, applicability assessments, and ongoing compliance monitoring to help ensure adherence to applicable requirements and internal standards.
  • Are you skilled at preparing teams for audits and assessments? Support EHS audits, inspections, and reviews by organizing records, preparing documentation, tracking corrective actions, and maintaining audit-ready files.
  • Do you enjoy coordinating training and building accountability? Maintain training records, manage training matrices, monitor completion status, develop compliance reports, and prepare training metrics for leadership reviews.
  • Can you drive process improvements through organization and analysis? Find opportunities to improve reporting processes, documentation controls, workflow efficiency, data quality, and administrative systems that support EHS performance.
  • Are you comfortable managing sensitive employee cases with care and precision? Coordinate Workers’ Compensation claims, partner with employees and stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle, and help ensure timely resolution, regulatory compliance, and effective return-to-work outcomes.
  • Do you communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders? Partner with leadership, HR, site teams, vendors, regulatory agencies, and third-party administrators to support accurate reporting, issue resolution, and continuous program improvement.
