Compensation: $90 to $95 Yearly

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting efforts and help connect great people with meaningful opportunities across the organization. This role is based in Austin, Texas, and is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment. The right candidate will partner closely with hiring leaders, deliver a strong candidate experience, and use market knowledge to support effective hiring decisions.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from role kickoff discussions through candidate selection, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop and nurture talent networks to support both immediate openings and long-term workforce planning goals.
• Identify prospective candidates through a mix of online platforms, referrals, industry networking, and direct outreach strategies.
• Review applications and conduct initial evaluations to assess experience, capabilities, and overall fit for the position and team.
• Arrange interview schedules and keep candidates and hiring managers informed at each stage of the hiring process.
• Maintain organized and accurate recruitment records within the applicant tracking system and monitor pipeline activity.
• Share hiring market perspectives, talent availability updates, and practical recommendations to improve recruiting outcomes.
• Contribute to employer brand efforts that strengthen visibility and attract experienced professionals to the organization.
• Apply recruiting practices that align with company standards and relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several open requisitions across multiple teams or business areas.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust across stakeholder groups.
• Effective organizational skills and the ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities that support high-quality hiring decisions.

Compensation

$90,000.00-$95,000.00 Yearly
