Applications Manager
Responsibilities:
• Take primary ownership of the Yardi environment, overseeing daily support, configuration, and overall platform effectiveness.
• Partner with business teams to understand operational needs and translate them into practical system solutions and process improvements.
• Produce and refine reports, dashboards, data queries, and extracts that support financial and property management decision-making.
• Administer application security, user permissions, and access controls to maintain appropriate governance and usability.
• Coordinate with external service providers to resolve issues, manage enhancements, and maintain reliable application support.
• Lead testing and execution for application updates, enhancements, and related technology initiatives affecting business systems.
• Support integrations between Yardi and other enterprise applications to improve data flow and system connectivity.
• Create clear system documentation and deliver user guidance or training to encourage effective adoption of application capabilities.
• Help advance the next phase of the Yardi rollout by identifying opportunities for optimization and stronger business alignment.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting Yardi Voyager, with the ability to manage administration, reporting, and ongoing optimization.• Background working with financial and property management applications within a commercial real estate environment.
• Ability to gather business requirements, evaluate workflows, and recommend application-based improvements.
• Experience working with third-party vendors to coordinate support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
• Strong communication skills with confidence interacting with executives and cross-functional business leaders.
• Solid understanding of reporting tools, data extracts, system administration, and application integrations.
• Proven organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
Compensation
