Responsibilities

• Handle clinician employment and independent contractor agreements, termination letters, tender letters, and related matters.
• Support litigation, employment, legal, and HR matters.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents.
• Supervise hourly legal staff, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Support clinicians and field teams.
• Receive and route subpoenas and court documents.
• Maintain legal files, records, databases, and confidential documents.
• Support legal workflows and agreement processes.
• Conduct legal research and coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel.

• Schedule: Fully onsite, 5 days/week
• Hours: 40/week
• Reports to: Associate General Counsel
• Compensation: $103,000–$133,000 base + discretionary year-end bonus

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• ABA-accredited paralegal certificate or 7+ years of legal/transactional experience.
• Employment litigation or in-house employment experience.
• Experience filing documents with state and federal agencies.

Nice to Have

• Contract and corporate legal document drafting experience.
• Familiarity with corporate entities and partnerships.
