Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for a healthcare setting. This Contract position will serve as a key point of contact for patients, helping create an organized and welcoming experience from arrival through departure. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and communicating clearly with patients regarding visit-related information and benefits.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage patient appointment scheduling to maintain an efficient daily calendar.
• Welcome patients upon arrival, complete front desk intake activities, and guide them through the check-in process.
• Handle check-out procedures, including confirming follow-up visits and ensuring visit information is properly recorded.
• Review insurance details and confirm benefit eligibility and coverage before or during patient visits.
• Answer routine front office questions and provide clear information related to commuting benefit options when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient-facing administrative records while supporting smooth reception area operations.

Qualifications:

• East Clinical Works experience preferred (Software)

• Coverage is August 26 to Sept 3rd with training on August 18th and August 21st

Compensation

$20.00-$25.00 Hourly
