Human Resources (HR) Manager

Compensation: $100 to $120 Yearly

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead employee relations efforts and help foster a respectful, inclusive workplace. This role serves as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, addressing sensitive workplace matters with sound judgment, discretion, and consistency. The ideal candidate will strengthen people practices through investigations, manager coaching, policy guidance, and data-informed recommendations that support compliance and employee engagement.


Responsibilities:

• Guide managers on employee relations matters, including communication strategies, conflict management, and performance-related conversations.

• Oversee complex workplace concerns from initial intake through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and thorough documentation.

• Conduct impartial reviews of complaints, policy concerns, and interpersonal disputes while maintaining confidentiality and procedural fairness.

• Apply HR policies and employment regulations consistently to support compliant and equitable outcomes across the organization.

• Partner with leadership to refine workplace policies and recommend updates aligned with legal standards and current HR best practices.

• Design and support initiatives that improve employee morale, strengthen retention, and promote a positive work environment.

• Administer workplace incident reporting and coordinate workers’ compensation activities in accordance with established procedures.

• Analyze employee relations data and organizational trends to identify risk areas and provide actionable recommendations.

• Build and maintain HR dashboards and recurring reports that track key workforce metrics for leadership review.


Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in human resources, with significant depth in employee relations and workplace issue resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sensitive investigations and manage complex employee concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong working knowledge of HR administration, policy interpretation, and applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Experience supporting benefit-related processes, including workplace accident reporting and workers’ compensation coordination.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and the ability to use data for reporting, trend analysis, and decision support.
• Background in coaching managers on communication, conflict resolution, and performance management practices.
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization.
• Experience with onboarding and broader employee lifecycle support is preferred.

$100,000.00-$120,000.00 Yearly
