Sr. Talent Acquisition

Our client is looking for an experienced talent acquisition specialist to lead end-to-end recruiting efforts in Tennessee. This role partners closely with business leaders to anticipate hiring demands, attract talent with relevant experience, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions while supporting broader workforce planning goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned openings, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer coordination and onboarding support.

• Partner with department leaders to understand workforce priorities, translate business needs into hiring plans, and recommend effective recruiting approaches.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, social media, and other sourcing channels to support current and future hiring needs.

• Screen applicants and assess qualifications by reviewing resumes, evaluating experience, and coordinating reference-related hiring steps as needed.

• Work with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish interview frameworks, and guide selection decisions based on job-related criteria.

• Coordinate interview logistics and maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with compensation partners and business leaders on job evaluations, salary alignment, and offer approvals.

• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation, activity records, and applicant tracking data while ensuring consistent process execution.

• Represent the organization at job fairs, community events, and campus recruiting activities to strengthen employer visibility and attract a broad range of talent.

• Ensure all recruiting activity is conducted in compliance with employment laws, company policies, and established hiring procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including corporate and high-volume recruiting environments.
• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple open positions and business functions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong ability to source candidates through social media, networking, and targeted outreach methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain clear process documentation and recruiting records.
• Knowledge of employment regulations and standard hiring practices.
• Valid driver’s license issued by the candidate’s state of residence.

Compensation

$65,000.00-$95,000.00 Yearly
