Email Marketing Coordinator

Email Marketing Coordinator - 6-Month Contract, 40 hours a week!

Robert Half if looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to manage email campaigns from intake through deployment, ensuring projects stay on schedule, content is accurate, and campaigns meet brand and quality standards. This role partners closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to support execution, audience management, performance insights, and process improvement. Email Marketing Coordinator will:

• Manage email campaign workflows, timelines, and deployment schedules.
• Maintain the email marketing calendar and coordinate cross-functional deliverables.
• Conduct QA reviews for accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
• Support audience list management, targeting, and campaign performance analysis.
• Identify workflow efficiencies and serve as a liaison between Marketing and Marketing Operations teams.

Qualifications:

Email Marketing Coordinator - 6-Month Contract, 40 hours a week!

Email Marketing Coordinator MUST have the following to be considered:

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital operations, project coordination, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proofreading, QA, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with email marketing processes and campaign execution.
• Proficiency with Canva, and Microsoft Office, as well as Notion, Airtable, or similar tool.
• Strong communication skills and a process-improvement mindset.
