Sr. Market Intelligence Analyst

Our client on the North Shore of Boston is looking to hire a Senior Market Intelligence Analyst. Looking for someone with strong market research and analytical experience who can turn customer, competitor, pricing, and sales data into clear, actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel and BI reporting skills, strong communication abilities, and preferably experience in B2B, manufacturing, distribution, automotive, or a related industry.

 

This is a full time, hybrid position requiring a 4/1 work model with remote Fridays. Salary is 90-120K depending on experience.

We are seeking a Senior Market Intelligence Analyst to deliver data-driven insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations that support business growth, category analysis, and cross-functional decision-making. This role partners closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to turn market intelligence into actionable business strategies.

 

Responsibilities

·      Develop analysis, reporting, and insights to support short- and long-term business strategy

·      Build and maintain tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions for sales and cross-functional teams

·      Analyze market, category, customer, and competitive data to identify business opportunities

·      Support key business initiatives, customer presentations, and new product reviews

·      Provide weekly reporting and ad hoc analysis for national and regional teams

·      Contribute to annual planning and budgeting activities

·      Leverage market and competitive intelligence platforms to guide recommendations

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

·      4+ years of experience in market intelligence, business insights, or analytics

·      Background in automotive, consumer products, packaged goods, or a related industry

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills

·      Experience with Excel and PowerPoint required; Power BI or Tableau preferred

·      Ability to interpret data, present insights clearly, and influence decision-making

·      Collaborative, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

$90,000.00-$120,000.00 Yearly
