Recruiter

We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiter to support staffing efforts in California. This Long-term Contract position focuses on contacting prospective workers, explaining opportunities, and helping maintain an organized outreach process. The ideal candidate is comfortable making high-volume calls, documenting interactions accurately, and providing clear communication throughout the hiring support cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls using assigned contact lists and clearly explain available opportunities

• Record call outcomes, candidate interest, and follow-up needs in the appropriate tracking or CRM systems

• Respond clearly to inbound questions related to assignments, scheduling, and next steps

• Maintain accurate administrative records and complete clerical tasks that support recruitment activity

• Coordinate outreach efforts efficiently to help meet staffing timelines.

• Use computer-based programs and office systems to manage candidate information and recruitment progress

• Provide courteous and clear communication when confirming availability and sharing assignment details

• Support related administrative processes such as data updates, documentation, and status reporting as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting, call-based outreach, customer service, or administrative support
• Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with a wide range of individuals
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, computer programs, and basic office technology
• Experience handling clerical duties such as data entry, record maintenance, and document tracking
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and follow structured contact lists
• Comfortable answering inbound calls and resolving routine questions in a timely manner

Compensation

$20.19-$23.38 Hourly
