Contract Manager
Contract Manager – Construction - REMOTE Position
Our client, a national construction company, is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support construction and engineering operations. This is a management role that will oversee the contracting process and personnel and work closely with business leaders on contract review, negotiation, risk management, and vendor agreements.
Large-scale commercial construction contracts experience is required. Data center experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and review construction contracts, change orders, releases, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Partner with business leaders, Procurement, and Legal on contract negotiations and risk.
- Prepare contract redlines, revisions, and amendments.
- Manage and support other contracts personnel.
- Interpret contract terms and identify potential business and legal risks.
- Maintain contract templates and processes.
- Ensure contracts are reviewed and completed within required timelines.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Strong commercial construction contract experience required.
- Experience managing or leading contracts personnel required.
- 5+ years of contract management experience, ideally working for a GC or subcontractor.
- Data center construction project experience is a plus.
- Strong contract negotiation, drafting, redlining skills.

Compensation
