Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support during a busy season. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing order details, and handling a high volume of phone interactions in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries while ensuring accurate documentation and responsive service. Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls and provide timely, attentive assistance for product, order, and service-related questions.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer requests, clarify order information, and resolve outstanding issues.
• Enter customer orders into the system with a high level of accuracy and verify details before processing.
• Assist customers with updates on order status, account information, and general service inquiries.
• Maintain clear and complete records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in company systems.
• Work across service and operational teams to address concerns, correct order issues, and support smooth customer experiences.
• Use their system to review information and complete daily tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Ability to handle a steady volume of inbound and outbound phone communication with professionalism.
• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem solving.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort using computer systems and business applications to track, update, and process customer information.
