Paralegal for Growing Organization

We are seeking an experienced an Senior Paralegal with a strong background supporting attorney to manage complex case files, conduct detailed investigations, maintain confidential records, and support attorneys through all phases of disciplinary, regulatory, or compliance-related matters. Responsibilities Manage and maintain disciplinary, regulatory, and compliance case files from intake through resolution. Conduct legal intake functions, including reviewing complaints, gathering supporting documentation, and communicating with complainants and respondents. Assist with probation monitoring matters, including tracking compliance requirements, deadlines, reporting obligations, and case developments. Review, organize, and summarize large volumes of records, correspondence, and investigative materials. Draft legal documents, reports, summaries, and correspondence. Coordinate with attorneys, investigators, court personnel, and regulatory agencies. Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with confidentiality requirements. Monitor deadlines and manage multiple high-priority matters simultaneously. Assist with hearing preparation, exhibits, witness coordination, and post-hearing follow-up.

Qualifications:

Qualifications 7+ years of paralegal experience required. Prior experience with intake, probation services, legal regulation, detail oriented responsibility, regulatory compliance, or investigative matters strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience handling complex and sensitive legal matters. Strong investigative, analytical, and document management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management systems.
