Customer Experience Specialist – Norwalk, CT

We are seeking personable, customer-focused professionals for ongoing Customer Experience Specialist opportunities in the Norwalk, CT area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where communication and follow-through are key.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Respond to customer questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, or accounts
• Assist with resolving customer issues and escalate concerns when appropriate
• Enter and update customer information accurately within internal systems and CRM platforms
• Process orders, requests, account updates, and other customer transactions
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and a positive experience
• Support additional customer service and administrative projects as needed

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, client services, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone and email communication
• Professional, patient, and solutions-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new CRM and software platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Dependable and able to work effectively both independently and within a team
