AI Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer / AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI solutions. This role is ideal for a senior technology professional with deep expertise in applied AI, Python development, AI system architecture, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of software engineering experience and a strong track record of building scalable, production-grade AI systems that solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and solutions.
• Architect end-to-end AI systems that integrate with enterprise applications, cloud environments, and data platforms.
• Build and optimize scalable solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Define and implement best practices for AI system architecture, model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Work across cloud platforms and data ecosystems to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient AI operations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Stay current on emerging trends in applied AI and recommend innovative approaches to improve products and processes.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience in applied AI and delivering AI-enabled business solutions.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Python.
• Expertise in designing AI system architecture for enterprise-scale environments.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and modern data ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, system integration, and scalable architecture design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and AI governance fram
