IT Support Engineer

Robert Half is currently assisting a client in search of an IT Support Engineer to support day-to-day enterprise IT operations in a fast-paced Microsoft-centric environment.

Required Qualifications

·        3+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and end users.

·        Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.

·        Hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Windows Autopilot.

·        Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and identity/access management.

·        Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoint, application, and authentication issues.

·        Experience supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft collaboration platforms.

·        Knowledge of endpoint management and device provisioning.

·        Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience with Mimecast or similar email security platforms.

·        Experience with Zscaler or web security technologies.

·        Knowledge of CIS Controls and security best practices.

·        Experience with Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

·        Experience supporting BitLocker and endpoint encryption.

·        Exposure to cybersecurity hardening and security remediation initiatives.

·        Familiarity with Cisco network environments.
