HR Coordinator – Biotech

Our client is an innovative biotech organization looking for an HR Coordinator to support a growing employee population. This role offers exposure to recruiting, onboarding, benefits, HRIS administration, employee engagement, and compliance while working alongside an experienced People Operations team.

This is a strong opportunity for an HR professional who wants to move beyond administrative tasks and develop a broader understanding of how HR supports a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full onboarding process for new employees
• Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS
• Support recruiting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Assist with benefits enrollment and employee questions
• Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Assist with performance management processes
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain confidential personnel documentation
• Assist with HR compliance and policy updates

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience working with an HRIS
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong understanding of HR administration and confidentiality
• Biotech, life sciences, or medical device experience is a plus
