Leidos Airborne and Mission Solutions Division within the Defense Sector is seeking a Mission Lead ASO to support a Contractor Owned/Contractor Operated (COCO) manned ISR program based OCONUS.
This ground‑based operational role is responsible for mission coordination, flight scheduling, intelligence integration, and customer reporting in support of ISR aircraft operations.
The individual serves as a central coordination hub between operational teams, aircrew, and customer stakeholders to ensure mission requirements are effectively planned, communicated, and executed.
This role involves real‑time operational support, pre‑ and post‑mission coordination, and intelligence integration using SIPR, JWICS, and other mission systems.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily ISR mission support activities for assigned operations.
Conduct flight planning, mission scheduling, and operational coordination to ensure mission readiness and effective execution.
Gather, analyze, and integrate multi‑source intelligence to support mission planning and customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver pre‑mission and post‑mission aircrew briefs with relevant operational and intelligence updates.
Provide reach‑back support to deployed ISR assets by maintaining situational awareness and assisting with ground‑based mission coordination.
Produce and deliver daily operational reports, mission summaries, and other customer‑required products.
Collaborate with aircrew, intelligence personnel, and leadership to ensure timely dissemination of mission‑critical information.
Utilize SIPR, JWICS, and other secure systems to support intelligence sharing, operational coordination, and reporting.
Maintain accurate mission documentation and support post‑mission analysis requirements.
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree and 2+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree).
U.S. Citizenship; Currently possess and Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid U.S. passport and state driver’s license.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to meet all CRC deployment and medical requirements.
Experience supporting ISR, mission management, or intelligence operations.
Background in analyzing multi‑source information.
Experience with operational coordination, mission planning, or flight support.
Familiarity with ICS communications.
Ability to support OCONUS deployed operations as directed by the Government.
Ability to obtain required international visas.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous ISR mission support or intelligence product experience.
Experience preparing and delivering operational or intelligence briefs.
Familiarity with air‑to‑air and air‑to‑ground communication coordination.
Experience with joint cryptologic operations.
Advanced signals analysis background.
Experience with ELINT or COMINT.
Knowledge of KUSS, PRC‑117, or data link systems.
Experience with ROME, IDEX, or THRESHER.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
