Customer Relations Coordinator

Our client is looking for a professional Customer Relations Coordinator to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring information accuracy, and maintaining strong communication throughout the customer support process.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage inbound customer requests and make outbound follow-up contacts.
• Review customer records and update account details as necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation of interactions and resolutions.
• Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to research and resolve inquiries.
• Coordinate service appointments and customer requests.
